Although secrets are worth sharing, we’re not going to out you, babe. Every Confessions order is shipped in 100% discreet packaging - no logos, no cheeky hints, and no giveaways. Think of it as a little secret between us.
So go on, treat yourself (or someone else). Your order will arrive safe, sound, and totally undercover - just as it should.
Order Processing
All orders are lovingly packed and prepared for dispatch on the next business day after payment is received.
If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll begin processing it on the following business day.
While we always aim to ship quickly, high demand, stock delays, or courier issues can occasionally slow things down. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.
Delivery Times
We ship directly from Newcastle, NSW, and currently deliver Australia-wide only.
(International lovers - we see you, and we’re working on it.)
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect the following estimated delivery times:
Standard Post

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: 3–7 business days

SA, TAS, NT, WA: 7–10 business days
 
Express Post
- 
1–3 business days
 
Delivery timeframes are based on our carrier partners’ standard networks (such as Australia Post) and may vary due to circumstances outside our control - like weather events, holidays, or regional delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current rates from our delivery partners.
Prices may vary depending on:

your location,

parcel size or weight, and
 - 
the delivery method selected (Standard or Express).
 
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of a promotion.
When available, these offers - including order value thresholds and delivery methods - will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
We work with a range of trusted suppliers to bring you the best of pleasure and wellness.
Because of this, your order may occasionally arrive in multiple parcels - even if purchased together.
You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment, so you’ll always know what’s on its way.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem - just let us know before your order has been dispatched.
Once an order is on its way, it can’t be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for an exchange or store credit under our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your parcel seems to be taking longer than expected, check your tracking details first - most delays resolve within a few days.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
We’ll always do our best to ensure your experience remains smooth, safe, and discreet.
Delivery Guarantee & Risk Disclaimer
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once a parcel has been scanned as delivered by our shipping partner, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We can’t accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after a confirmed delivery, or for delays caused by postal or courier networks beyond our control.
If your parcel appears missing or undelivered, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist and lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
