All orders are processed and prepared for shipping on the next business day after payment has been received. Please be aware that if you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the following business day.
We ship all our products from our Newcastle, Australia location, and currently only offer shipping within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We source our products from a number of different suppliers and manufacturers. For this reason, your order may arrive as a single package or as multiple packages arriving on different days. You will be notified of any split shipments via your tracking information.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once your order is in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel it. In this case, the order will fall under our refund and returns policy.
