We’re an Australian luxury adult retailer offering intimate wellness products, accessories, and experiences - both online and in-store. Our online shop is securely powered by Shopify Inc., our trusted e-commerce partner.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to update pricing, limit quantities, or refuse service if necessary - though we’ll always act fairly and in good faith. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and trusted partners.
Before checking out, please double-check your billing and delivery details. We can’t take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, but we’re not responsible for changes in personal preference or expectations that go beyond a product’s described purpose.
5. Account Responsibility
If you create an account with us, please keep your login details private. You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account, so let us know straight away if something doesn’t look right.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders quickly and discreetly because privacy matters. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays - but we’ll always do our best to keep things smooth and timely.

7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy, but we also take hygiene seriously. Due to the intimate nature of our products, most items can’t be returned once opened or used.
We happily offer refunds or exchanges on faulty or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law, and store credit or exchange for unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase.

8. Warranty Information
Each product we carry is crafted for quality and longevity. Some manufacturers offer their own warranty periods - these vary by brand and product type.
If your item develops a fault after 30 days and is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement options. Of course, we’re always happy to assist where we can.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or unsafe, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms limits those rights, but we can’t take responsibility for issues that fall outside a product’s described purpose - or for results that differ from personal expectations.

If we can’t resolve the matter together, any dispute will be handled under the laws of New South Wales, Australia, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
