At Confessions Boutique, we understand that every purchase is personal. Because our products are intimate in nature, we’re unable to accept returns on most items. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll handle your request with care, discretion, and the highest hygiene standards.
Our goal is to keep things simple, transparent, and fair - so you can shop with complete confidence.
This policy applies to all purchases, both in-store and online.
1. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault within 30 days, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
All requests must be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
We may need to inspect the item before confirming your refund or replacement. For online orders, please contact us before returning your purchase so we can guide you through the process.
Some manufacturers also provide their own warranty periods beyond our 30-day policy. If your product develops a defect after 30 days and is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact them directly for assistance.
2. Change of Mind or Exchanges
We know that sometimes you might change your mind - and that’s okay. We’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase or delivery, provided the item is:

In its original packaging, with the tamper seal intact

If you’re unable to visit, please contact us and we’ll walk you through the steps.
For online orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We describe each product’s features and intended use to the best of our ability, based on information provided by the manufacturer. Everyone’s experience is different - so while we stand by the quality of our range, we can’t guarantee identical results for every individual.
